West County Christian Academy has been a proud member of the
Association of Christian Schools International since 1984. ACSI strives to enable and equip Christian educators and schools worldwide to effectively educate children in the mind of Christ. Year after year, ACSI's many programs and services enrich the teaching of Truth—God's Word revealed through Scripture. With headquarters in Colorado Springs and eighteen regional offices around the world, ACSI is eager to assist educators and schools in guiding their students to reach their full potential in Christ.
Teacher Certification
Our teachers are state-certified, with each having a personal testimony of having accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The teachers are selected after interviews with the school Board of Directors and Principal and after prayerful consideration before the Lord.
Standardized Testing
WCCA students are compared each year to students from other private and public schools nationwide through the Stanford Achievement Test (standardized testing). Our students consistently achieve excellent test scores year after year, confirming the highest academic standards of our curriculum. Our students performed in the top 15% in the nation on the Stanford Achievement Test for the 2009-10 school year.
