Tuition

West County Christian Academy offers affordable tuition combined with flexible payment plans. Tuition is set by the Board of Directors and reviewed annually. Below is a link to our 2013-14 Tuition Schedule in the Adobe Acrobat format. You'll need the free Acrobat Reader software to view it.

The WCCA 2013-14 Tuition Schedules (click here) uses the following abbreviations:

  • K = Kindergarten
  • E = Elementary School (Grades 1 - 5)
  • M = Middle School (Grades 6 - 8)

Payment Plan

Our flexible tuition plan consists of the following:

  • Payment plan options: 10 or 12 month plans or, lump sum plan with a 3% discount
  • Tuition credit/refund is given for excess fundraising
  • Scholarships awarded based on financial need
  • Significant tuition discount for children of full-time pastoral staff

Fees

In addition to tuition, the following fees are assessed:

  • Enrollment Fee - To be included with application for admission. Amount is specified in the Tuition Schedule above.
  • Fundraising Requirement - $350 for first child; $150 for each additional child.
  • Extended Care is available after school hours for a nominal hourly/weekly rate
